Commissioner General extends condolences to LDF

The Commissioner General, Mrs. Mathabo Mokoko has conveyed her condolences to the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF), family and friends of Commando Sergeant (SGT) Paseka Shale following his untimely death on Sunday, 7th July 2024 at Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital. SGT Shale was a military attaché to the Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) and served as a senior bodyguard to the Commissioner General.

During a memorial services, held at the Makoanyane Barracks, the Commissioner General described the late SGT Shale as incredible soldier with a good heart who strived to do better in his role. “I commend the LDF command for developing a soldier of SGT Shale caliber. His excellence in the execution for his duties speaks volumes about the capabilities of the LDF,” she said.

She also encouraged the mourners to take refuge in the love he shared with them and use it as their consolation after this loss.
